What is Student Leadership?
Student leadership is a balance of leading and learning. Leaders facilitate CityGroups and set the pace in starting honest conversations about life, God, and what they’re hearing on Tuesday nights. Leaders are also being discipled – each leader is in a Discipleship Group led by someone out of college!
Leader Application Information
Interested in student leadership? Applications will open in the Spring of 2027.
The goal of the application and interview process is to determine your best "yes" for next year — whether that is stepping into a leadership role or not. We want everyone to flourish at Salt Company in whatever that looks like!
